The foundation of TrackFIT is movement analysis. The system captures how an athlete applies force, sequences motion, stabilizes, and changes mechanically under stress and fatigue. Instead of just measuring what an athlete did, TrackFIT measures how they did it and why the result occurred.
The 3D component is critical because human movement is not two-dimensional. An athlete accelerating, cutting, or jumping is producing force, stabilizing, and rotating across all three planes of motion at the same time. A system that only measures linear output captures what happened. TrackFIT captures why it happened and what needs to change.
How Our Team Uses TrackFIT
Our team uses TrackFIT 3D Intelligence at TrackFIT Challenge events, training centers, and partner facilities. Athletes run, jump, and compete while the system captures movement data in real time. The data is processed immediately and used to generate performance reports, rankings, and training recommendations.
This allows performance to be measured during real competition and real training — not in a lab, and not in a simulated environment. Coaches and athletes can see not just the result of a performance, but the mechanical reasons behind it. Over time, the system tracks development, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and shows athletes exactly what they need to work on to raise their performance level.
What Athletes Receive
After competing in a TrackFIT Challenge event or completing a TrackFIT session, each athlete receives a performance report that includes their verified performance results, TrackFIT Score, national ranking, belt level, and detailed movement analysis.
The report breaks down force production, efficiency, stride mechanics, fatigue patterns, and movement sequencing, and translates that data into specific training recommendations based on the athlete's individual movement profile.
Athletes are not just given a time. They are shown how they move, where they lose performance, where they produce performance, and what to train in order to raise their overall performance score.
TrackFIT 3D Intelligence does not replace coaches. It gives coaches and athletes information they have never had before — so decisions are based on measured movement, not guesswork.
Extensive Research and Development
TrackFIT 3D Intelligence is rooted in science and research developed over more than 30 years of applied sports kinesiology and motion analysis. The technology traces back to early motion capture and biomechanical analysis work beginning in the early 2000s, where thousands of athletes were studied to understand the mechanical patterns that separate athletes who continue to develop from those who plateau.
That research and development led to the Motion DNA™ Signature Tracking system and now TrackFIT 3D Intelligence. Historical testing and analysis using earlier versions of this technology included professional and elite athletes, including recorded motion analysis sessions with NBA athlete Shaquille O'Neal in 2008, demonstrating how force production, movement efficiency, and mechanical sequencing can be measured and analyzed in real time.
