I confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate. I understand that the Green Belt Certification Registration is currently discounted from $1,495 to $995 through August 31, 2026, and that the regular registration price is $1,495 beginning September 1, 2026. Registration and payment begin the Green Belt certification process but do not by themselves confer certification. Green Belt Coach status is awarded after completion of the required onboarding, training, and certification requirements.

I understand that Green Belt Coach certification does not grant a territory, market exclusivity, independent event rights, equipment rights, Territory Licensee revenue participation, or authority to operate or represent TrackFIT TV as a Territory Licensee.

I understand that the final use of TrackFIT systems, information, trademarks, reports, terminology, and certification status remains subject to TrackFIT standards and the applicable certification terms.
