TrackFIT TV Territory License Application Terms

I confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate. I understand that the conditional application fee is $995 through August 31, 2026 and $1,495 beginning September 1, 2026. If TrackFIT TV awards me a territory and I accept it, the fee paid will be applied toward my initial Territory License, onboarding, training, and required certification. If TrackFIT TV does not award me a territory, the fee paid will be refunded in full.

I understand that identifying a high school does not reserve or define a territory; TrackFIT TV establishes the territory boundaries. I understand that TrackFIT TV supplies and supports the technology platform, software, equipment, reporting, rankings, technical personnel, production systems, and approved direct event expenses. The Territory Licensee leads local relationship development, athlete recruitment, location opportunities, outreach, partnerships, and recurring participation.

I understand that approved Territory Licensees are eligible to receive 40% of Net Event Revenue, subject to the final Territory License Agreement. Application and payment do not grant territory, exclusivity, event, technology, brand, or license rights. Any rights begin only after written approval, acceptance of the awarded territory, execution of the final Territory License Agreement, and confirmation by TrackFIT TV.
