A Scalable Competition Platform Anchored in Individualized Athlete Artificial Intelligence

We're not building a sports league — we're installing the national infrastructure for athlete intelligence. WITFL is the operating entity establishing TrackFIT 3D Intelligence as the dominant operating standard for speed and agility development across youth and competitive sports. Not a brand. An embedded standard for individualized results.

This raise supports operations and technology scale. WITFL does not hold title to real property. The company operates under campus operating agreements with facility partners and deploys mobile events independently of any fixed location. Investors are not acquiring ownership of land, buildings, or real estate assets of any kind.
Market opportunity

The opportunity

Track & field is the foundation of every sport.

Speed, acceleration, agility, and power determine outcomes across football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, and beyond. But the sport that measures those abilities has never been structured to systematically develop and compound athlete results year-round. WITFL operates under campus operating agreements with established facility partners — entering existing athlete populations, not building from zero. Alongside 48 weekends of structured on-campus events per location, mobile TrackFIT events generate revenue independently, deploying anywhere without a facility agreement. WITFL turns competition into measurable progression — at scale, from day one.

The problem

Participation is massive. Athletes compete. The clock records outcomes. And until now, no system evaluates the individual athlete behind those outcomes. Every sport runs a generic program. Nobody individualized the approach.

Measurement Development Competition Progression
Why now

Athletes and parents want objective proof of progress. Coaches want clarity on what drives results. Three revenue layers make the timing right: mobile events that operate anywhere on day one, 48-weekend on-campus event cadences under operating agreements, and recurring software and membership revenue that compounds across every athlete touched.

Commercial logic

Individualized results become the asset. Standardized measurement unlocks scalable competition formats, sponsorship inventory built around athlete performance, and an operating equipment and infrastructure base that deploys across both campus and mobile formats. Forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future results.

Investor clarity

Investor FAQs

Clear structure. No fluff.
What am I investing in?
Accredited investors may be eligible to purchase shares of common stock of the company operating the TrackFIT 3D Intelligence sports performance platform, structured as a Wyoming corporation incorporated in 2025. The company generates revenue through mobile TrackFIT events, on-campus competition events under operating agreements, recurring studio and software memberships, TrackFIT 3D Intelligence athlete results reports, media, sponsorships, and related operating activities.
How much of the company are investors purchasing?
Offering size and percentage ownership are disclosed only in official offering materials. Investors receive shares based on a board-established price and the final terms of the live offering.
Does WITFL generate revenue before campus agreements are fully operational?
Yes. Mobile TrackFIT events operate independently of any campus or facility agreement and can be deployed anywhere from the outset. Campus operating agreements are additionally structured to activate existing athlete populations at each partner facility upon execution — the platform enters an established operating environment, it does not build one. Software and membership revenue operates on a recurring basis independent of event activity.
Do investors own land, buildings, or facilities?
No. WITFL does not hold title to real property, and investors do not acquire any ownership interest in land or buildings. The company operates under campus operating agreements with facility partners, which grant WITFL the right to operate, program, and generate revenue at each campus location. This is not a real estate investment of any kind.
Is this raise funding construction or property acquisition?
No. WITFL does not acquire real property and this raise does not fund construction or land purchase. Funds are intended for operating scale — mobile and campus events, staffing, TrackFIT 3D Intelligence deployment, media and marketing, and expansion of campus operating agreement partnerships nationwide.
