1
TrackFIT Host Program Enrollment
The TrackFIT Host Program prepares qualified coaches,
performance professionals, facilities and event operators to
become eligible to host authorized WITFL TrackFIT events.
Enrollment includes the required TrackFIT certification and
applied training process, education regarding TrackFIT event
standards and preparation for future host authorization.
2
Certification Process
Green Belt certification is earned upon successful completion of
the required eight-week applied coaching cycle and satisfaction
of the applicable program requirements.
Higher certification and belt levels are earned through verified
athlete development and progression within WITFL TrackFIT
competition, reporting and performance systems over time.
3
Host Eligibility and Authorization
Completion of certification establishes eligibility to become a
TrackFIT Host. Certification alone does not automatically
authorize the participant to schedule, advertise or operate a
TrackFIT event.
Host authorization must be approved by WITFL and may be limited
to a specific event, venue, location, date, term or operating
scope.
4
Event Authorization
Each TrackFIT event must be approved by WITFL before it is
promoted or conducted as an official WITFL TrackFIT event.
Approval may be provided through a written event authorization,
host schedule, confirmation notice or other written approval
issued by WITFL.
The participant may not represent an event as TrackFIT-powered,
WITFL-authorized or officially ranked without written event
authorization.
5
Independent Contractor Status
The participant acknowledges that enrollment, certification,
host eligibility and authorized event activity are undertaken as
an independent contractor and not as an employee of WITFL,
TrackFIT or any related entity.
The participant is responsible for the participant’s own taxes,
licenses, insurance, business expenses, personnel and legal
compliance.
6
No Employment or Agency Relationship
Nothing in the TrackFIT Host Program creates an employment,
partnership, joint-venture or general agency relationship.
The participant may not sign contracts, incur expenses, make
guarantees, collect funds or create obligations on behalf of
WITFL unless specifically authorized in writing.
7
Host Responsibilities
An authorized TrackFIT Host is responsible for completing the
local responsibilities identified in the applicable event
authorization.
Responsibilities may include:
- Securing an approved venue and suitable event date.
- Coordinating local staffing, volunteers and logistics.
- Recruiting athletes, teams and coaches.
- Supporting registration, check-in and event operations.
- Following TrackFIT competition and safety standards.
- Protecting athlete information and program materials.
- Maintaining required permits, insurance and approvals.
- Using approved TrackFIT branding and marketing materials.
8
WITFL Support and Event Technology
For each approved event, WITFL will provide the services,
technology and support identified in the applicable written
event authorization.
These services may include registration processing, TrackFIT
measurement technology, technical support, TrackFIT Reports,
rankings support, operating standards and approved brand
materials.
The Host does not purchase or acquire ownership of TrackFIT
technology through enrollment, certification or event
authorization.
9
Technology Custody and Use
Any TrackFIT equipment or technology provided for an event
remains the property of WITFL or the applicable WITFL-related
entity.
The Host may use the technology only for approved TrackFIT
activity and in accordance with WITFL instructions.
The Host may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, relocate,
sublicense, sell, pledge or permit unauthorized access to the
technology.
The Host must protect the equipment from theft, misuse, loss,
damage and unauthorized access and must immediately report any
equipment issue to WITFL.
10
Technology and Intellectual Property
All TrackFIT systems, Motion DNA™ Signature Tracking, TrackFIT
Reports, rankings, scoring systems, methodologies, software,
training materials, event systems, branding, media and related
intellectual property remain the exclusive property of WITFL and
its related entities.
Enrollment, certification or host authorization does not provide
ownership, sublicensing rights, source-code access or other
intellectual-property rights.
11
Brand, Conduct and Safety Standards
The participant agrees to follow WITFL standards, event rules,
athlete-safety requirements, operating procedures and brand
guidelines.
WITFL may require background screening, athlete-safety training,
venue documentation or other reasonable qualifications before
authorizing an event.
12
Athlete Information and Consent
The participant agrees to handle athlete information, reports,
measurements, images, video and performance data only through
approved TrackFIT systems and for authorized purposes.
The Host must use WITFL-approved athlete registration, waiver,
parental consent and media-release procedures when required.
The participant may not sell, distribute, independently retain
or misuse athlete information, proprietary TrackFIT information
or restricted program materials.
13
Venue, Permits and Insurance
Unless otherwise stated in an event authorization, the Host is
responsible for confirming that the venue is suitable and
legally available for the approved event.
The Host is responsible for permits, insurance and local
approvals assigned to the Host in the event authorization.
No venue agreement may create an obligation for WITFL unless
WITFL is a named party and approves the agreement in writing.
14
Event Financial Terms
Registration fees, host compensation, approved expenses,
payment timing, cancellations and refunds for an authorized
event will be stated in the applicable written event
authorization or host compensation schedule.
The participant may not collect TrackFIT registration fees or
make financial commitments on behalf of WITFL unless specifically
authorized in writing.
15
No Guaranteed Event, Territory or Income
Enrollment and certification do not guarantee approval for a
particular event, venue, location, number of events, athlete
participation level, revenue or income.
No exclusive territory or continuing event right is granted
unless specifically stated in a written agreement signed by
WITFL.
16
Event Cancellation and Force Majeure
WITFL or the Host may be required to postpone, relocate or cancel
an event because of venue unavailability, unsafe conditions,
weather, government action, equipment issues, insufficient
registration or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The applicable event authorization will determine the handling
of registrations, expenses, refunds and rescheduling.
17
Assumption of Risk
The participant understands that coaching activities, athletic
testing, event operations, demonstrations, travel and related
activities involve inherent risks.
The participant voluntarily assumes the risks associated with
enrollment, participation, travel, event activity and
independent host operations.
18
Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant releases
and discharges WITFL, TrackFIT, their owners, officers,
directors, contractors, affiliates, venues, sponsors, employees,
agents and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities,
losses or expenses arising from the participant’s enrollment,
certification, training or participation.
19
Indemnification
The participant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless
WITFL, TrackFIT and their related parties from claims,
liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from the
participant’s actions, omissions, local event operations,
representations, negligence, breach of this agreement or
violation of law.
20
Suspension and Termination
WITFL may deny, suspend, restrict or terminate certification,
host eligibility or event authorization when the participant
violates WITFL standards, creates an athlete-safety concern,
misuses technology or athlete information, damages the TrackFIT
brand or breaches this agreement.
Upon suspension or termination, the participant must stop
representing themselves as an authorized TrackFIT Host and stop
using TrackFIT branding, technology and materials.
21
TrackFIT Host Program Fee
The TrackFIT Host Program fee is $995 for applications completed
through August 31, 2026. The program fee is $1,495 after
August 31, 2026, unless a different written offer or approved
payment arrangement applies.
The program fee covers enrollment in the TrackFIT certification
and host-readiness process. It does not represent the purchase of
TrackFIT technology and does not guarantee future event
authorization.
Except for the earned refund described in Section 22, the
TrackFIT Host Program fee is non-refundable once payment has been
processed.
22
Earned Host Program Fee Refund
A participant may earn a refund of the TrackFIT Host Program fee
actually paid when ten unique eligible athletes register and pay
WITFL directly for an approved WITFL TrackFIT Challenge event
through the participant’s assigned registration link, referral
code or other approved attribution method.
Each qualifying athlete registration must be paid in full,
successfully processed and attributed to the participant through
WITFL’s registration records.
Registrations that are refunded, cancelled, disputed, duplicated
or subject to a chargeback do not count toward the ten-athlete
requirement.
Once WITFL verifies that the participant has satisfied the
requirement, WITFL will refund the amount of the TrackFIT Host
Program fee actually paid by the participant.
The refund will not exceed the participant’s total Host Program
payments. Each participant may receive only one Host Program fee
refund.
Receiving the refund does not cancel the participant’s
enrollment, certification, obligations under this agreement or
continued eligibility to become an authorized TrackFIT Host.
23
Term and Continuing Obligations
This agreement begins when the participant electronically
accepts it and continues while the participant remains enrolled,
certified, host-eligible or authorized to conduct TrackFIT
activity.
Obligations relating to athlete information, confidentiality,
technology, intellectual property, indemnification and unpaid
obligations survive termination.
24
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action relating to this agreement must be brought in a
court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada,
unless WITFL agrees otherwise in writing.
25
Entire Agreement and Amendments
This agreement, together with any written event authorization,
compensation schedule or approved addendum, represents the
agreement between the participant and WITFL concerning the
TrackFIT Host Program.
Any amendment or exception must be confirmed in writing by
WITFL.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions remain in effect.
26
